OLD PORT HARCOURT REFINERY TO BEGIN OPERATIONS DECEMBER – FG
The Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Timipre Sylva, has restated Federal Government’s commitment to revive the Old Port Harcourt Refinery in River State by December, 2022.
Sylva who hinted this at the end of the Federal Executive Council meeting presided over by the President Muhammadu Buhari at the Council Chamber, Presidential Villa, Abuja.
He said the development of the compressed natural gas is still in progress.
He further assured the ministry is working assiduously to ensure that everything is put in place before the end of the year.
